We conducted a variety of scheme comparison tests on the iron ore mine. 1. Weak magnetic separation yielded an iron concentrate grade of 63-64% with a recovery of 21%. 2. Weak magnetic-strong magnetic joint test: iron The concentrate grade can reach 55.37%, and the total iron recovery rate is 68.44%. The iron concentrate grade is 60%, the iron recovery rate 2, the weak magnetic-re-election joint test: the iron concentrate grade is 56.51%, and the total iron recovery rate is 56.88%. 3. Single re-election test: the iron concentrate grade is 55.60%, and the total iron recovery rate is 52.77%.

In order to improve the iron concentrate grade and total iron recovery rate, it is recommended to use magnetic roasting for weak magnetic tailings to make full use of mine resources and increase the economic benefits of enterprises.
