⌈Our Service⌉  1. Installation And Training Service The technicians are available for oversea installation and operation training and DVD can provided to customer.  2. Inspection Before Delivery              Before delivery, a detailed checklist of tasks is carefully executed and the results will be delivered to customer to confirm. HS can also provide the third party certification if customer request it.  3. After Service 1). For any parts' problem, HS will offer parts / accessories without any charge within 18month.    2). HS technicians can also go to site to repair and maintain the machines freely and the customer just need to pay for the air tickets cost. 3). HS will offer lifetime maintenance.                                                  Packaging & Shipping                                    The machines will be surrounded by foam and then packed by standard wooden carton. It is very safety! For the machines we have in stock, we can ship them out wihitn 7 working days and for the ones we have not in stock, we will send them out 15-35 working days after we get the deposit.                                                        1. HS provides 18 months' quality assurance (other suplier just 12 months) , it means if the equipment have any problem, HS will prepair or provide the related accessories in 18 month without any charge from customer.  2. If the equipments have something wrong after 18 months, HS can also help to prepair them at any time and customer just need to pay for the air tickets cost and HS won't charge for any repair cost.  3.
