Deputy Gu Wentao introduced that in recent years, Jinhua has developed and produced products with independent intellectual property rights, and completed more than 30 major national and provincial-level scientific and technological research projects, among which 4 were national awards and 11 provincial and ministerial awards. . Among the 38 projects that have been granted national patents, there are four major categories and more than 10 supplemented domestic gaps. Stirred reaction equipment is one of the company's four pillar products, of which the PVC polymerizer has formed a complete product series from 13.5m3 to 135m3 and has 12 patents, accounting for more than 85% of the domestic market share. Only two types of polymerizers with a capacity of more than 70m3 have achieved a production value of 1 billion yuan in the past three years, and realized profits and taxes of 240 million yuan. The 135m3 PVC polymerizer developed by the group is the highest production polymer tank in the world's industrial operations, ending the long history of China's large-scale PVC polymerizers relying on imports. After more than four years of industrial operation, its technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. Now, the national industry standard "Technical conditions for the reactor of vinyl chloride polymerization reactors" formulated by Jinhua has been promulgated and implemented. It is predicted that this independent intellectual property rights can save the country nearly 1 billion yuan in investment in construction.
The strategy of the state to rejuvenate the old industrial base in Northeast China has brought a rare historical opportunity to the manufacturing industry. In recent years, Jinhua has successfully developed an ammonia synthesis tower that fills a gap in the country, developed a large-scale heat exchanger that has been exported to the United States, Britain, and other countries, and completed the national "863" engineering and technology research and demonstration project, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences coal-to-oil project.
