Since the beginning of this year, a total of 88.21 million kilowatts of small thermal power units have been shut down, reducing the consumption of 3 million tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 7.8 million tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 43,000 tons.
