Scientific instruments and equipment are the cornerstone of scientific research and technological innovation, and an important guarantee for economic and social development and national defense security. In order to effectively improve the independent innovation capability and equipment level of China's scientific instruments and equipment, promote industrial upgrading and support the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, China launched the “Special Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development” key project in 2016. In 2018, the project "Global Micromagnetic Nondestructive Testing Instrument for Mechanical Properties of Large and Complex Structural Parts" was officially established. The financial expenditure was 14.750 million yuan and the implementation period was 3 years.
The project is mainly aimed at the quality control requirements of core key component manufacturing industries such as large crankshaft forgings, large gears and large blades. It breaks through the key technologies of quantitative non-destructive testing of mechanical properties of complex components, and develops large-scale independent intellectual property rights, stable and reliable quality, and localized core components. Structural parts mechanical property tester, develop related software and database, realize multiple mechanical properties detection and scanning imaging of large and complex structural parts. Carry out engineering development, application demonstration and industrialization promotion.
