Stainless steel pressure gauge installation

The stainless steel pressure gauge is composed of a pressure-guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, current-limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a display device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including case, cover, watch glass, etc.). For instruments that are filled with liquid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) in the housing, they are resistant to fluctuations in the vibration of the working environment and to reduce the pulsation effects of the medium pressure.
Installation instructions:
1. Stainless steel shock pressure instrument using the ambient temperature of -40 ~ 70 °C, relative humidity of not more than 80%, such as deviation from the normal use temperature of 20 5 °C, must be included in the temperature additional error.
2. The stainless steel shock pressure meter must be installed vertically to try to maintain the same level as the measurement point. If the difference is too high, the additional error caused by the liquid column may be taken into consideration. During installation, the rear explosion vent of the case should be blocked so as not to affect the explosion-proof performance.
3. Stainless steel shock pressure meter normal use of the measurement range: In the static pressure does not exceed the upper 3/4 of the measurement, under fluctuations should not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of the measurement. In the case of the above two pressures, the measurement of a large pressure gauge should not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum portion should be used when measuring vacuum.
4. When in use, it should be repaired or contacted by the manufacturer for repairs in the event of malfunctions such as failure of the instrument pointer or loose internal parts and failure to work properly.
5. Stainless steel shock pressure instrument should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
6. When ordering, please specify: model and name of the instrument; measurement range of the instrument; precision grade of the instrument deviates from the positive packaging requirements and others.
7. Stainless steel shock gauges do not apply to strong oxidant environments such as aerobic, chlorine, nitric acid, and hydrogen chloride.
Stainless steel pressure gauge installation notes:
1. The choice of pressure measurement point, the selected pressure measurement point can reflect the true condition of the measured pressure.
2. To select the part of the pipe that is flowing in the straight line of the measured medium, do not choose where the pipe turns, branches, dead ends or other places where eddies are likely to form.
3. When measuring the pressure of the flowing medium, make the pressure point perpendicular to the flow direction and remove the drilling burr.
4. When measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure point should be in the lower part of the pipeline so that no gas accumulates in the pressure guiding pipe. When measuring the gas, the pressure point should be above the pipeline so that no liquid accumulates in the pressure guiding pipe.
