According to the latest data from the China Passenger Cars Association in February, Dongfeng brand passenger vehicles sold 36,000 vehicles in January, an increase of 90.4% year-on-year, of which Dongfeng Fengshen increased 100.2% year-on-year. The same as the "national team" of the Chinese automobile industry, in January, FAW brand passenger vehicles sold 30,000 vehicles, and SAIC brand passenger vehicles sold 21,000 vehicles.
In 2012, Dongfeng sold 3,088,500 automobiles, ranking second in the industry. During the period, the units including Dongfeng Nissan, Shenlong Motors and other segments of the Group achieved progress through the joint venture's technology.
