Recently, Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd., Subaru Auto (China) Co., Ltd., and Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. have successively filed a recall plan, recalling a total of 22,894 defective vehicles in China.

It is reported that Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. decided to recall some imported 2015-2018 Lincoln MKZ series cars due to the insufficient tightening torque of the steering wheel fixing bolts, resulting in loosening of the steering wheel from the steering shaft. A total of 17,912 vehicles were involved in the mainland China.

Due to improper welding of the stud of the torque converter of the automatic transmission, the stud may be broken, and the torque converter is disengaged from the engine flywheel, causing the vehicle to suddenly lose power without warning during driving, increasing the impact of the vehicle. Risk, Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. decided to recall some of the imported 2017 Lincoln MKZ series cars produced during the period from May 31, 2017 to June 15, 2017, involving a total of 47 vehicles in mainland China.

Due to the installation of an ammonium nitrate gas generator without desiccant produced by Takata's co-driver airbag, the airbag's gas generator may be damaged when the airbag is deployed, causing debris to fly out of the vehicle and injuring people in the vehicle. Subaru (China) Co., Ltd. decided to recall some of the imported Lishi, Outback and Impreza vehicles from 2013 to 2014, involving a total of 424 vehicles in mainland China.

Due to manufacturing problems of the supplier, there are manufacturing defects in the air intake damper connecting rod of the air conditioning and ventilation system, which may cause the connecting rod to fall off during the intake air damper working process. When the outdoor temperature is lower than 0°C, the internal fog of the front windshield and other windows may not be eliminated in time, which may limit the driver's vision. Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will recall some of the imported Land Rover Range Rover Series vehicles from April 13, 2017 to November 17, 2017, involving a total of 4,511 vehicles in mainland China.
