Inorganic ceramic membrane separation technology is applicable to the separation, refining and concentration of various pharmaceutical industrial production processes, especially fermentation pharmaceuticals. Using the 750m3/day specification of this technology, tons of products can reduce COD production by 1.03 tons and section coal by 13.9 tons. The current penetration rate of the technology in the industry is about 20%, and the potential penetration rate is 70%. It is expected that the penetration rate will reach 50% in 2015. According to the industry output of 100,000 tons, the annual COD reduction will be 100,000 tons, the standard coal will be 1.37 million tons, and the annual economic benefit will increase by 1 billion yuan.

The comprehensive utilization technology of biogas resources prepared by the treatment of fermentation wastewater is suitable for the wastewater treatment and comprehensive utilization of fermented wastewater with high organic matter content. Using this technology, tons of products can reduce the COD production by 1.05 tons and the standard coal by 0.19 tons. The technology currently has a penetration rate of less than 10% and a potential penetration rate of 80%. It is expected that the penetration rate in 2015 will reach 40%. According to the industry output of 160,000 tons, the annual COD reduction will be 168,000 tons, the standard coal is 306,600 tons, and the annual economic benefit will increase by 64 million yuan.
