After the merger of these sales companies, Denso will be able to better serve the domestic automobile market and the aftermarket in Japan. In the non-automotive industry, Denso will strive to increase sales of furniture equipment products (including water heaters and central air-conditioning, etc.), production equipment, and office facilities.

The new company will be formally established on April 1 next year. The company will simplify the management structure and manage the inventory and logistics management in a unified manner.
