Lanzhou Lubricant Research and Development Center is a subordinate research center of Lubricating Oil Company of China National Petroleum Corporation. It was formerly known as the Lanzhou Branch of the Ministry of Petroleum Sciences established in 1960. So far it has gone through 52 years of development. Independent innovation is the source of continuous progress in R&D in Lanzhou, which determines the strength and stamina of the center's development.
